Order Processing Times
Our order processed within 3-5 business days. During seasonal timer like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times
We ship from our warehouses located in the United States. We do not offer Internatioanl shipping.
Order shipping within the United States will arrive within 3-7 business days.
Order shipping from an International Vendor will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Orders shipping in the United States with an order value of less than $49.00 before taxes, will have a flat rate of $8.00.
- Orders shipping in the United States with an order value of $50.00 or more before taxes will receive free shipping.
- Local pick up in Columbus, Ohio. customer would need to select pick-up. Generally, is ready within 2-3 hours. If you placed the order after business hours, or within 3 hours of the location closing, your order will be prepared the following day.
When you order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating that you may visit our location with the business address and hours. Please bring a piece of valid identification and your order confirmation email to the store.
Sales and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
If you like to cancel your or make changes to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you received your order conformation. Please contact us directly at 866-799-2032 Ext. 2, or 614 -877-6945 so we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items unused for a full refund.
We provide real time tracking information on all of our order. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please allow 48 hours before contacting us at 1-866-799-2032 Ext 2. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for a refund and or exchanged. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at sandra@sandysfashionboutique.com. We will send you a returned label to ship the item back to us and will send you a new order with the brand-new product immediately.
Should your order be identify as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately and offer a gift card for future purchases.
